 For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase hassle free. Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

 

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers except when there is a manufacturing defect.

RETURN POLICY

Products must returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boyshorts except when there is a manufacturing defect.

You have 30 days from the day you purchased your item(s) to send it/them back to us for a full refund. Once we get your item(s) back and check that the product(s) is/are ok and meet the above criteria your refund will go back on the original form of payment. Please allow 5 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.

Items IN SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the different types of exchanges:

  1. Exchanges for products worth the same amount:There will be no additional charge or refund.
  2. Exchanges for products with a lesser amount:The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction or to your Paypal account. Please allow 5 business days for this amount to reflect in your account.
  3. Exchanges for products with a greater amount:The difference will be charged to the card used for the original transaction. If the original transaction was processed through Paypal, you will have to return the item and then you will need to submit a new order for the new item(s).
